Refunds and Returns

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us at vivaqocorp@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will refund you in full. You do not need to send the item back.

Change of mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please check the product details, dimensions and specifications on the product page before ordering.

Order cancellations
If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel an order before it ships.

How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
