Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost
Free shipping on all orders. No minimum spend.

How long it takes
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days from dispatch.

Some items ship from our US warehouse and arrive faster, often within 3 to 8 business days. Others ship directly from our manufacturing partners overseas and take the full window.

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. This is normal and does not mean anything is missing.

Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take a day or two to start updating.

Delivery addresses
We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please give a complete street address at checkout.

Delays
Occasionally a parcel takes longer than expected. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, email vivaqocorp@gmail.com and we will look into it.
